I. Initial Contact: we'll endeavour to respond within 24-hours to your email to organise a 15-30 minute initial call; the purpose of this is to find out as much information as possible about you & your specific needs (e.g. dates, preferences, budget, no of travellers).

II. Itinerary Proposal: we'll curate a bespoke comprehensive Itinerary, free of charge, amending according to your revisions and feedback until it comprises your dream trip.

III. Booking: once approved, we'll finalise all your bookings, including everything from accommodation, transfers, chartered flights, VIP services and guided tours. A deposit is required at this stage to lock-in your itinerary.

IIII. 24/7 Support: pre-trip, on the ground, and post-trip, you'll have access to ongoing support from our in-country partners, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience from start to finish.
